Art After Loss Class

Art After Loss Class

In this class, I’ll take you on my journey through grief and how I used art as a way to express my pain and overcome fears.

You don’t have to be a talented artist to join Art After Loss, all you need is the willingness to experiment.

Creating art will give you a chance to slow down and explore all the emotions that come with grief. The focus of this class will be on the process of creating with 5 different mediums, rather than the final product itself.

how art after loss began…

After losing our baby boy at 25 weeks and almost dying myself, the grief I felt was unimaginable. It took many, many weeks for me to physically recover from the surgery, but it was the emotional pain that left me empty, afraid, and many days hopeless.

Thank you for sharing your emotional journey and being so vulnerable, your artistic way to process grief and loss is so much needed, especially now more than ever! I truly appreciated the class and will recommend it to my friends. It was truly moving and engaging, the techniques is easy to follow, and don`t require any special training. * This class is about looking for the answers within, where there is no right or wrong way of doing things – that`s why the author doesn`t explain in details, step by step precisely what to do and how to put it together. It s not a conventional art class, it`s art as therapy from artist.
